1. *Bookings and Payments*
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and signed agreement.
- Full payment required 7-14 days prior to tour/transfer, unless otherwise specified.
- We accept EFT, credit card (via secure payment gateway), or cash deposits.
2. *Cancellations*
- Cancellations 30+ days prior: full refund minus R500 admin fee.
- Cancellations 15-29 days prior: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days: no refund, unless covered by insurance.
3. *Liability and Insurance*
- 3rd Island Tours and Transfers not liable for unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or losses.
- Travel insurance strongly recommended.
4. *Service Changes*
- We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. *Passenger Responsibilities*
- Passengers must follow safety guidelines, tour rules, and provide accurate contact info.
6. *Force Majeure*
- We not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, etc.
